Impeller (heart of pump)
Function: high-speed rotation, converting the mechanical energy of the motor into the kinetic energy of slurry, and realizing the suction and transportation of slag slurry; While balancing the axial force.
Structure classification: closed (with large particles and high lift), semi-closed and open (with coarse slag and easy plugging); Single suction/double suction two styles.
Mainstream material:
High chromium alloy (Cr15/Cr26): the first choice for high wear scenes such as hard particle ore and power plant ash;
Rubber/polyurethane impeller: fine particles, corrosive pulp, cavitation resistance, no damage to particles;
Damage characteristics: the blades are worn thin, perforated and cracked, which is characterized by reduced flow, decreased lift and increased vibration.
