Brief Description
The ZJE-II special pump is a type of impurity pump with unique performance. In recent years, it has been referred to by industry professionals as the "special feeding pump for filter presses." This pump draws slurry from the rear, features a simple packing seal with no leakage, and importantly, its flow and head curves are very steep, making it suitable for certain special working conditions.

Selection
The main technical parameters listed in this document are for the pump at 1480r/min. For working conditions requiring low pressure, the impeller can be appropriately trimmed or the pump speed can be reduced. The ZJ series slurry pump produced by our factory can also be selected, and the mechanical seal of the Z-type pump is the same as that of the ZJE-II pump, "no leakage." This document only provides basic dimensions for a few direct drive connections. Due to terrain limitations or the need to change pump speed, basic dimensions for belt drive will be designed separately based on specific data provided on-site. Common belt drive methods include tail frame type, parallel type, and back support type.
This pump is a pressure-in suction pump with a small suction lift. It is recommended that the feeding liquid level be higher than the center height of the pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipelines is generally the same as or slightly larger than the pump's inlet and outlet diameters. Therefore, the liquid concentration is mostly high, and the pump's inlet pipeline should not be too long to avoid affecting the suction.
